1.Preliminary Communication: Clarify requirements and the cooperation framework
Requirements Synchronization: The customer provides the required product dimensions and requirements.
Quotation (QU): We will issue an English quotation based on the requirements, specifying the unit price, total price, mold fee, payment method, and delivery time. The quotation is valid for 30 days.

2.Contract and Startup: Confirming Cooperation and Mold Development
PI Confirmation: Once the client approves the quote, we will issue a PI.
Client Deposit: The client pays the agreed deposit, and we will initiate the subsequent processes upon confirmation of receipt.
Mold Production and Sample Confirmation: We will build the mold according to the customer's drawings and send it to the customer for acceptance. The customer will then confirm the sample, which will serve as the standard for mass production.

3.Mass Production and Quality Control: Ensuring Product Compliance
Mass Production: After sample confirmation, we complete production according to the process.
Quality Control: We conduct a comprehensive internal inspection of product appearance, dimensions, and functionality. Customers can also arrange for inspection by an inspection company.

4.Delivery and Settlement: Complete cross-border delivery
Shipment Arrangement: After production is complete and inspection passes, we will communicate with the customer to arrange shipment.
Bill of Lading and Delivery: After the goods are loaded, we will issue a bill of lading to the customer, who will pay upon seeing the bill of lading. The customer will then clear customs and collect the goods at the port of destination, completing delivery.

5.After-Sales and Follow-Up: Maintaining Long-Term Partnerships
After-Sales Support: Assist customers with customs clearance issues. For damaged goods, quality defects, and other issues, we restock, repair, or negotiate refunds as agreed in the contract.
Return Order Follow-Up: Regular follow-up visits after delivery to promote continued cooperation.
